The Motor OTS feature enables you to file claims, self-inspect your vehicle and receive claim amount in your bank account within 20 minutes. All you need to do is download our Caringly Yours App on your mobile, register yourself and start using the desired features of the app.

Prerequisites

To access the Motor OTS feature of our Caringly Yours App, you need:

  • A smart mobile phone
  • A fast internet connection

Steps to use the Motor OTS feature of Caringly Yours App

Step 1: Open the Caringly Yours App and register yourself, if you do not already have login credentials. To activate your account, you just need to click the link sent to your email. This email notification is sent following One Time Password (OTP) verification which requires you to enter your name, location and email address into the system. Once you’ve signed in, you can add, update and manage your existing policies and make claims.

Step 2: To file a motor insurance claim, choose your policy (if you have already added it) or add your policy against which you wish to make a claim. Then fill in the details about the incident, for which you need to file the claim.

Step 3: Thoroughly fill the claim form on your mobile.

Step 4: Upload the pictures of your damaged vehicle in the app, which have been clicked from different angles, as per the instructions given in the app itself.

Step 5: Upload the picture of your driving license and RC (Registration Certificate) in the app.

Step 6: You will receive a SMS with a link and OTP (One Time Password) on your registered mobile number. You need to click the link and enter the OTP there.

Step 7: You will be shown an estimated claim amount on your mobile screen with an option to accept or reject the same.

Step 8: Click on ‘Agree’ button to accept the claim amount, which will then be directly deposited in your bank account.
